1. What we guarantee
- Your foundation work is finished within 21 days of you giving us access: profile rebuild, category research, listing clean-up and your review system.
- Every deliverable in your plan is completed each month.
- Your rank grid report arrives by the 7th business day of each month.
- We reply to your messages within one business day.
2. If we miss something
Tell us. We'll fix it straight away and credit half of that month's fee against your next invoice. You don't need to argue the case: if we missed it, you get the credit.
3. Your 30-day exit
If you're not happy with how things are going in your first 30 days, you can cancel, even though you're inside the 90-day foundation period. We'll refund any fees paid for the time after your cancellation date, and you keep all the work done so far.
4. What we don't guarantee
- A specific ranking position, or a date you'll reach it.
- A specific number of calls, enquiries or sales.
- Map results in suburbs far from your business location, where distance limits what's possible.
- Results affected by things outside our control, such as Google updates, profile suspensions or competitor activity.
5. Refunds
Monthly fees are paid in advance and aren't refundable for a month that has already started, except as set out on this page.
One-off setup fees are refunded in full if we haven't started work. Once your profile has been created or claimed, they aren't refundable.
6. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This guarantee is in addition to those rights, not instead of them. If a service fails a consumer guarantee, you're entitled to the remedies the law provides.
